The Noguchi Museum ships within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. All items ship within 5 to 7 business days of order placement from our location in Long Island City, New York, via UPS Ground or UPS Standard.
If you would like to pick your order up at the Museum Shop, or if you live within the five boroughs and would like your order delivered by courier, please contact us or leave a comment when placing your order.
Furniture is made to order and is delivered via white glove service 6 to 8 weeks from order placement.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with photos of the damaged package / product.
If you believe your package was lost or misdelivered please contact us so that we can open an investigation with UPS.
We accept returns within 30 days of order placement. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping your items, send us an email at email@example.com so that we may approve your return and issue detailed instructions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages should be returned via a trackable carrier and fully insured.
All furniture sales are final.
